Journey of the CRM princess.
It has been 3 months, and it's now time for me to say goodbye.
Tomorrow will be my last official day with this company.
26th Nov: My 1st official interview.
It's really scary! It's a miracle I got through.
1st Dec: My 1st work day. Someone commented that I look like secondary four!
2nd Dec: Lunch with two colleagues whom I'm not yet familiar with. He's nice enough to treat this xmm whom he knew for like only 1 day? Thank you!
3rd Dec: Prom night and I flew off to Taiwan, which was totally awesome! but I also forgot what my job was about.
12th Dec: Back at work, TM training, super scary! Company rules and protocols.
15th Dec: Official work starts, appointments appointments appointments...
It's crazy how many calls I began to make after this date.
22nd Dec: This new guy joined the company. Sat in front of me. He's good looking!
25th Dec: I received a christmas gift on my desk, which was so sweet! Chocolates I mean.
28th Dec: My birthday, zoo outing. Thanks for the smses and emails, my colleagues.
The whole of January: SPIN. New year and chinese new year holiday. This tall and pretty jieije joined us as sales. I know the team people are all quite tall and I need to grow, I know.
16th Jan: My darling joined the company and we worked together!
14th Feb: Valentines Day. The guys gave us a treat. No flowers, no pink flowers, no red roses, disappointed! But still thank you for the treat!!!
4th March: Which is today. I sent my "result slip" to J, she said I was one of the best she ever had. That's enough for me, a lifetime, which will encourage me to go on.
5th March: I ended where I started, ate at the same place, FOC somemore.
6th March: I got a bouquet of flowers! Pink!!! Thanks!
Best takeways:
I've more confidence in talking to strangers on the phone.
I know how to write proper business language, send proper emails
I can put in "marketing executive" in my resume.
I understand how it's like to be doing marketing.
I can appreciate how useful tissue papers can get during lunch time. They give a strong message telling people you saw this seat first.
Developed a taste for iced milk tea!
Lastly, knowing you guys, the sales and the consultants.
I will never forget you guys.
